Issue with “Restrict your content based on the user role”

    Hi there, I am new to using this plugin and I don’t know if I am doing something right or not. I have completed all of the setup progress review, but I seemingly cannot complete point 5 “Restrict your content based on the user role”.

    I click this link and it takes me to the Content Restriction Settings page within the plugin. Other than activating “Activate Content Restriction” (which I have, the button is blue), I can’t see anything else on this page that relates to restricting content based on the user role. The only other things on this page are my restriction types (I’ve chosen redirection), and then certain messages.

    In the above Profile Builder plugin website link, it showcases everything to do with Content Restriction. There is a section on this page called “Content Restriction Meta-Box” which has a screenshot. I do not appear to have access to this section and I am wondering if this is the cause, and how do I go about getting access to this if I don’t already have it.

    There is also “Message for WooCommerce Restricted Product Purchase” in the above screenshot, I simply forgot to extend the screenshot far enough.

    Hi @slwfmedia,

    Please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> create a new page (for example a Test page), and while editing this page, at the bottom of the page, you should see the Profile Builder Content Restriction Meta Box (as described here). In this meta box, try to restrict the page based on the User Roles.

    Note: The Profile Builder Content Restriction Meta-Box appears on your Pages, Posts, or Custom Post Types.
