    Dear PayPal Plugin Development Team,

I am reaching out to bring to your attention an issue we have encountered with the PayPal payment plugin for WordPress. We have noticed that when our customers complete transactions using PayPal, the information regarding their selected pickup points (associated with Colissimo shipments, using this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/colissimo-shipping-methods-for-woocommerce/) is not captured in the order details. This requires us to contact customers directly to confirm their preferred pickup locations, leading to delays and a diminished customer experience.

Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? Is there a specific configuration we might be missing, or is there an upcoming update that could facilitate the transmission of pickup point information when PayPal is used as the payment method?

We would appreciate any documentation or advice you could provide to help us enhance the integration between your payment plugin and the Colissimo shipping service.

Thank you in advance for your support and assistance. Please let me know if you require any further details from our side.

    Best regards,
    Antoine

(I have also contacted the Colissimo plugin developpers about this issue)

    Hi @antoinebecuwe,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    Hi @antoinebecuwe,

You can use the snippet given here after installing the latest version to have the compatibility with Collismo plugin.

Add the snippet to your site’s active child themes functions.php.
