• Hi,

I have the following problem. We a customer uses a coupon code, the discount is not distributed correctly between the products which is causing problems with our accounting software.

    https://prnt.sc/l0Zmmu7IlN-_

    The first line is 1 x 24.99 = 24.99 – 5% discount = 23.74 EUR and Woocommerce shows 23.75 EUR
    The second line is 3 x 73.99 = 221.97 -5% discount = 210.87 EUR and Woocommerce shows 210.86 EUR

This then causes problem in our accounting software zoho invoice which is connected to WooCommerce through a plugin CRM Perk. But it seems the problem is with Woocommerce itself.

Here it is of how the invoice looks like:

    Hello tchernaev,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue where the discount distribution on products using a coupon code is slightly off, leading to discrepancies with your accounting software.

Please share screenshots of your coupon configuration so I can recreate the issue and investigate further.
Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Based on the screenshot, I can see multiple extra options under the Usage Limit tab that are not available on my test site with only the WooCommerce plugin active.

Just to confirm, are you using any third-party plugin to enhance the coupon settings? I tested applying the coupon on my site, and I can see the discount is being applied correctly, with the correct amount shown in the order details.

If you are using a third-party plugin, please try deactivating it and then place an order with the discount code to check if the issue persists.

Alternatively, I recommend running a conflict test to identify any potential conflicts. You can follow the instructions in this guide: How to Test for Conflicts.

Let me know how it goes!
