    Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Royal Addons footer not displaying correctly on my website. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem.Issue Details

    • I am using Elementor to build my website, but the footer created with Royal Addons is appearing at the top of the page instead of at the bottom.
    • Content written in plain HTML is displayed correctly, but blocks added using the standard Royal Addons features are not visible.
    • The header is functioning properly, so the issue seems to be limited to the footer.
    • I have already tried clearing caches, updating plugins, and checking for conflicts with other plugins, but the issue persists.

    Environment Information

    • WordPress Version: 6.7.2
    • Elementor Version: 3.27.5
    • Royal Addons Version: 1.7.1009
    • Theme Used: Astra
    • Active Plugins: Elementor, Royal Addons, WP Rocket, etc.

    Troubleshooting Steps Taken

    • Updated Elementor and Royal Addons to the latest versions
    • Cleared all caches (browser, server, and plugin cache)
    • Checked for plugin conflicts by deactivating other plugins
    • Reviewed Royal Addons settings

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.
