issue with samsung mobile phone

  • Hello,

    I have an issue with samsung mobile phone :
    The site loads ok, full width, but the chat button loads on the side, so if you don’t swipe to the left, you don’t see it.
    And it therefore causes an issue with responsive because the screen gets bigger (width of the site + width of the chat button).

    Here’s a screenshot of the right corner of the screen :

    Hello @bmontgomery, do you get the same result with Chrome on mobile?
    This is probably related to your theme.
    Quick solution is to add a custom element to your theme and use triggers so you can position it wherever you want.
