Issue with saving cards

Hi,

Although I check – save card on check out it does not save my card.

I have the most updated version of the plugin – 1.38 and woo version 2.4.6 on a live site.

Not sure if it’s related when I go to /my-account/add-payment-method/ and click the button to add a payment I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function validate_fields() on a non-object in /home/homescreen/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-form-handler.php on line 345

Otherwise I’m able to get payments and orders without an issue.
