Issue with scrollup on kadence ascend theme

  • Hello,
    I’ve installed the ascend theme on a new website who is not yet in production. Great theme, really !
    But I have a small problem: the scrollup “back to the top” does not work.
    This is also the case on the demo page : https://themes.kadencethemes.com/ascend/
    Someone has an explanation / solution ?

    PS : after checking, I note that the problem does not pose on Edge, but on Firefox (both on Windows 10 and android)

  • I’ve reported this issue to the theme developer. I expect that he’ll have a remedy for this issue very soon.

    The update of this day fixed the problem! Great support!

    Apparently it was a bug within Firefox, but Ben made some changes to force it to work.
