Issue with select form option

    Hi,
    When I add the select option and someone fills out the form, it does not keep the selection in mind. If I look at the form afterwards it shows “select” instead of showing the option chosen by the person who registered. How can I fix that issue?

    Also is there anyway to email the contents of the form on submit?
