issue with shipping cart when ordering from mobile

This indeed sounds quite odd.

Can you please try switching to a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront, to see if the problem still exists on mobile?

If the problem goes away, you’ll want to contact your theme developer about the issue.

If there is still an issue on mobile with Storefront, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

If you’re still having this issue, a full conflict test as Amanda mentioned is the first thing to try. If you don’t want to test on your live site (I wouldn’t), then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
