Issue with shopping meter

Hi

I want to report an issue. To confirm it I have activated only two plugins https://prnt.sc/0b-2JyEY5_6v

First of all I defined the minimum amount to 100 euro to earn the free shipping https://prnt.sc/7SLk8hjgnzMB

So if I add a product into the minicart with price equal to 100 euro normally I should see the message “Congratulations you earned free shipping” . Instead I see the message “Add more?0,00€?to earn free shipping” which is wrong https://prnt.sc/iSxbe-u_eQVn
