    Hi!

Could you share more information regarding the issue your experiencing?

For example, could you share the name of the email template where you want to use the email placeholder [teacher:displayname]?

Please note: In Sensei LMS, email placeholders are not universal, meaning that each email template has its own set of placeholders. However, many of these core placeholders appear across different email templates.

You can find a complete list of Sensei Email placeholders in the link below, organized by the type of Sensei email templates where they can be used:

    Thanks!

    Hi! @ctdealba

The “course completed” email that teachers receive when a user has finished a course.
I would like the teacher’s name to be added to this email, for example, “Dear [teacher name]”.
Were you able to see the image I shared?

    Hi @analiaserafiniv,

No, we’re not able to see the image you shared — we’re getting the access denied message.

That said, I’ve just tested the shortcode and didn’t run into the issue you’re seeing.

Here’s how the shortcode was set up: https://cloudup.com/cldipVr4wFP

Here’s how the email looks: https://cloudup.com/cGVUkD6X1Jt

Would you share the screenshots of your email template set up, and how it looks when you receive the email?
