Issue with Shortcode in Template

I have this added:

echo do_shortcode('[mp3-jplayer pick=5 tracks=FEED:LIB loop=y dload=n shuffle=y volslider=n list=no style=nolistbutton stop=no pn=no ind=no]');
?>

But it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I have a test page with shortcode added through the admin panel of the page and it works fine (with my styling etc), but when adding it into the header.php it doesn’t work.

Any ideas?
