    Hi Forminator team,

I am facing an issue that I can’t find a solution and I am guessing that this is involve with some settings of the preferences /code clash that I would like you to assist me with.

Please use the?https://www.door-net.com/order?form if you want to test the result.

    So the issues are:

    1. Issue with fields {calculation-90};{calculation-91};{calculation-92} – Not showing any result.
    2. Issue with fields {calculation-131};{calculation-137};{calculation-164}…;{calculation-134};{calculation-140};{calculation-191}… and the others that I circled in red – Not showing any result.
    3. Issue with fields {calculation-120};{calculation-121};{calculation-122} – Not showing result when {number-1} equals 125.

    Here aer some screenshots:

I found this issue while using 2EPDF pluging (you can see the screenshot as well):

Please try to assist me with that.

    Thanks.

    Hello @markovetski ,

Would you mind sharing your form with us so we can check this issue closer? Please see here how to export it https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

When you have exported the form please share it with us using pastebin.com or a service like gdrive.

    kind regards,

    Hi @markovetski,

Thanks for sharing the export, I could notice the issue when checked especially within the calculation fields. However, I’m not able to replicate it when I try to re-create a similar form.

Seems like the primary issue is more specific with the calculation field which in turn issues with PDF not picking the data. I’m bringing this further to our developer’s attention to check what might be causing this behaviour and will get back to you once we get further feedback asap.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin

    Nithin, thanks for the update.
Please pay attention that it’s only for some calculation fields and not to all.
And also, these calculation fields are also not shown in the email (not only on the PDF).
So please try to assist me ASAP, because now the form is not working.
    Thanks.

    Hi @markovetski,

It appears the issue was more specific when the Calculations fields which had visibility had a status of “Hidden”.

For example, the calculation-68 field appears to have visibility, but since you have enabled “Hidden” the visibility condition no longer works.

Could you please try this update from export and see how it behaves on your side?

    Hi Nithin,

    Thanks for your answer.
I have tried to check your file and it did work but it is not helping me.

Because i don’t want to show the calculation-68 cell or other cells that I have made hidden.
The thing is that almost all the other cells works perfectly but only few are not working.

for instance calculation-93 calculation-94 calculation-95 works well but calculation-96 calculation-97 calculation-98 returns “0” and null. The only diffrence between them is a change in calculation-95/calculation-98 Show section regarding the “select-3” variant.
And in other cases where Show section regarding the “select-3” variant is changed it’s working perfect. Like for example for nuber of licensee of 30-41 calculation-105 calculation-106 calculation-107 and calculation-108 calculation-109 calculation-110 all work well.
    It seems that there is a glitche/clash with the show section regarding select-3 “??? – ?????? ??????, ????? ??????? (?????)” combined with select-2 “?????” and number-1 range 10-21. And another glitche/clash for the show section regarding select-2 “?????? (5 ????)”

    Hello @markovetski,

I have replicated similar behavior on my lab site with your exported form (getting 0 values from the fields), and forwarded the details to the SLS team.

We’ll be updating you here, once there’s more to share after further testing.

Please keep in mind, that the next reply may take longer than usual, depending on the current amount of complex tasks for the SLS techs.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro

    Hi @markovetski,

Could you please confirm if the issue is only specific to the “Calculation-98” field? or do you have issues with more fields?

We did test with the updated form and when added these macros I am able to get the values of it in the mail.

Could we know whether the conditions were met while submitting the form to make calculation-98 visible?

    ie:

    1. Number-1 should be in between 20-31
    2. Then in select-2 select the first option and in select-3 select the second option.

Please check and advise if we are missing out anything specific.

    Hi Nithin,
First of all thanks for your kind reply and efforts.
Regarding your question it’s not happening only with calculation-98 but with other cells too like calculation-96 and?calculation-97 (please take a look at my previous messges).
I don’t want to make the calculation-98 visible because than people can see it on the form on the front end.
Please kindly check why some cells works well while hidden and some don’t.
    Thanks again,
    Eli.

    Hello @markovetski ,

Could we step back for a moment, because I feel there might be some type of miscommunication on our side?
I’ve tested the updated form and cal 97 and 98 showed values in email and generated PDF, not on the front end.
So that leaves the 96 field, which has specific 4 visibility rules. All 4 need to be true to show that field.
Could you show us a screenshot of the filled form that will show calc 96?
Because of the language barrier, it’s very hard to find the right options to meet the visibility rules.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi Kasia,

Here I add 3 screenshots (one of the front end form, one of the backend form and one of the PDF that I have received to my email).
    All shows the cal 96:
    https://prnt.sc/4gW_BxM8_Ous
    https://prnt.sc/AcF9k1QwzQan
    https://prnt.sc/3YOCdGczcf0G

Just a reminder, I haven’t had any issue with cal 96 but with {calculation-90};{calculation-91};{calculation-92}, {calculation-131};{calculation-137};{calculation-164}…;{calculation-134};{calculation-140};{calculation-191}…
and {calculation-120};{calculation-121};{calculation-122} – Not showing result when {number-1} equals 125.

    Thanks again,

    Eli.

    Hi @markovetski,

I do see what you meant, however, since there are around 156 Calculation fields it’s making it difficult to go through all these fields and that too in a different language to state what exactly is causing it. However, the issue is more specific with how these calculations are used rather than within the plugin side.

Possible to simplify these calculations by creating a test form and by only keeping the calculation logic with one set of calculation fields, ie by only keeping 6-7 calculation fields, so that we could have a better idea about what might have caused the issue with these issues?

You can export the form the same way as done before as mentioned here:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin

    Here you go:
    https://codebeautify.org/alleditor/y24844ac6

And the link to the front end form if you need it:
    Door-net.com/order.

I found out that the issue maybe related to field {select-2} because when I have replaced the order of the options (put Leasing at the top and moved Purchase at the bottom) it effected other fields in the PDF from beeing seen.

    Thanks,

    Eli.
