• I have a blog site that I’ve been posting to regularly with no issues. Whenever I see that I have updates for plugins, I follow the instructions and they are updated with no issues. I updated WordPress simple membership plugin and now I haven’t been able to add a new post without it taking me to the membership portal for my subscribers/members. I tried to deactivate the plugin, but that hasn’t helped. I’m stuck. I haven’t been able to update with new content and it’s completely frustrating. Help

WordPress.com is the support area for the site you are working with as I see it is “Powered by WordPress.com”

    Hi there,

How frustrating! It could be a plugin conflict (try disabling ALL of your plugins to see if that resolves the issue — if it does, turn them back on one by one to see which one is causing it) or a theme issue. You can also try switching to a simple and safe Twenty** theme to see if that resolves the issue.

.Com or .Org, since this is being caused by a specific plugin, the best place to get help is going to be with the experts who designed it and support it. You can find the Simple Membership experts here:

Good luck! I hope this points you the right direction!
