    Hi,

I am using the Flatsome theme, I added the shortcode, but some options do not work, for example: limit=”6″ does not limit the number of products to be displayed, it shows all, date=”hide” does not hide the date, it shows it.

    Why does this happen?

    Thanks.

    Hi @alaid

We have tested the “limit” and “date” attributes for the shortcode, and both are functioning correctly. To hide the date from the Widget and slider, please set date="Hide".

It appears the plugin is working seamlessly with most popular and well-known themes, suggesting the issue may be specific to the “Flatsome” theme. Could you please provide us with temporary access to your WordPress site? We would be happy to assist in resolving the issue you are experiencing with your theme.

    Hello @alaid ,

Here are the details for your test page’s backend: https://prnt.sc/J_WaV9aiNQ3f. We’ve configured the shortcode with limit="2".

You can view the frontend of the test page here: https://mibodega.com.ve/test/. Although you see three items displayed, it’s important to note the following: https://prnt.sc/lOWUgEbYe6rO.

Upon reviewing, we found no issues with the plugin code or the Flatsome theme. The apparent discrepancy arises because the second order contains multiple items within a single order. For clarification, please see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Bace20YzAOpJ.

Here are the details of order #61537 for your reference: https://prnt.sc/TFETj9simMab.

The “limit” parameter specifies the number of recent orders you want to display, not the number of items.

We hope this explanation clarifies your concerns and assists you in understanding how the feature works.

    Hi,

Thanks for the clarification, but the Date parameter is still missing, although the option is Hide, it continues to show the date on the product.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, but now other issues appear:

1.- Products from previous purchases appear without the user logging in.

2.- When you add the option order=”asc” it does not show products.

3.- When I log in with my username, it shows me products that are not my last purchases.

4.- When you add the option grid_cols=”5″ or another number of columns greater than 4, it shows only one column.

    Hi @alaid

    1. Products from previous purchases appear without the user logging in.
WWT: The shortcode functions the same for both logged-in and non-logged-in users. There are no restrictions or conditions that differentiate between the two.
    2. When you add the option order=”asc” it does not show products.
WWT: Both options function properly. You must specify “ASC” or “DESC” (case-sensitive). For more information, please refer to the plugin details: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/recently-purchased-products-for-woo/
    3. When I log in with my username, it shows me products that are not my last purchases.
WWT: The shortcode functions the same for both logged-in and non-logged-in users. There are no restrictions or conditions that differentiate between the two.
    4. When you add the option grid_cols=”5″ or another number of columns greater than 4, it shows only one column.
WWT: You currently have the settings limit="2" and grid_cols="5", which means only 5-7 products from the last two purchases are displayed, and they are aligned in one column. To properly utilize the grid columns, you should increase the “limit” to more than 5. We have already made this adjustment on your website.
