Issue with stock

    Hi,

    We are experiencing huge issues with the stock count of certain items reverting randomly throughout the day. For example, a product selling out will eventually go back to a specific number, for example, 8 in stock.

    Are there any ideas as to what could cause such an issue? It has been working fine for 1,5 years. This has caused a ton of orders with products, that are actually out of stock.

    Hi Kammy,

    I got ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce, the issue still persisted after deactivating it for a day. I also deactivated wp ROCKET for a day, and it still persisted.

    hi, ok if it was me this is what i would do

    make a staging site (most hosting have that tool now included in server) makes a 1:1 copy for you to test

    then activate plugin wp health troubleshoot and see which plugin including theme is causing issue on staging its safe method

    and also have a look at woo> status > tools and clear some transients , i had this issue this week i cleared WooCommerce transients and it solved it (use with caution)

    staging site first definitely the way , which hosting you with?

    have you cleared your cache ? purged all pages ?
