    I am experiencing an issue with your plugin on mobile devices. Whenever I attempt to submit a review using the “Post Review” button, the loading spinner appears and continues indefinitely without submitting the form. This problem does not occur on desktops where reviews are posted successfully.

    Could you please investigate this issue? It seems to be a bug affecting mobile users specifically. If there is a workaround or if you require any additional information from my side to diagnose this problem, please let me know.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I encounter the issue on desktop as well.

    Please go to your WP dashboard > T6estimonials > Settings > Compatibility >  change the ‘Ajax Page Loading’ to General and the ‘Load Event’ to Window Load. 

    Also, go to your WP dashboard > Settings > Permalinks  > Save without changing anything.

    Hi @liquimoly25,

    It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
    I recommend installing this plugin:?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a?Troubleshooting mode?that allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but?only for your user?– your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshooting mode and?only activate Strong Testimonials?and see if it works correctly with a?default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
