    Dear Subscriptions for WooCommerce Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am experiencing with the renewal process of subscriptions. Specifically, the problem pertains to the renewal timing of subscriptions. According to the expected behavior, subscriptions should renew at the same time as the initial purchase, but this is not happening in my case.

    Plugin Version: 1.6.7?

    WordPress Version: 6.5.5

    WooCommerce Version: 9.0.2

    Description of the Issue: Despite setting up the subscriptions to renew at the same time as the original purchase, the renewals are not occurring at the correct times. This results in confusion and dissatisfaction among my customers.

    We are hoping you are using free version of the plugin and our reply is in respect to that

    Please tell me which payment gateway you are using right now

    And is this happening with any single order or with all subscription renewals you have

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    I am currently using the free version of the plugin. The issue I am experiencing occurs with all subscription renewals, not just a single order. For the payment gateway, I am using Stripe.
