My feeling is that there’s either a server issue or an issue with the update not running correctly.
As a first step, please try re-installing TablePress from a fresh download. For that, please go to the “Plugins” screen on your site and Deactivate and then Delete TablePress. Then, please re-install it via
“Add New”. (No worries, your tables and settings will be kept during this process.)
If the issue still happens after that, we should try getting more error information. For that, please set the WP_DEBUG
constant to true
in your site’s “wp-config.php” file, see https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/#wp_debug, or maybe check the server’s error log file (if you don’t have access to that yourself, you web host company’s support team should have access).
