Issue with TAX

Hello, we just installed your plugin to add fee on COD option. We need to add 21% fee to the price. However, when we generate invoce, somehow we see that it counts 21.88% VAT.

No idea why. All products are OKAY, except COD price. Can you please have a look or recommend anything? Send me email, and I will resend you access to see. Thanks.
