Issue with Template

  • I bought the premium template and as soon as I activate it, it breaks my template, specifically the slider on the main page and the menu!

    Please, I need help on this as soon as possible, I really like the plugin and I would like to use it!

    And I also want to know how to integrate the Ultimate Lightbox plugin with this one. I installed it but makes no difference.

    I just checked the link you sent and the top banner slider is working for me (I clicked the left/right arrows and a new image appears), so I wanted to ask:

    Is Ultimate Product Catalogue activated on the site right now? If not, could you activate it so we what’s causing it to break?

    Also, if you’ve put the [product-catalogue….] shortcode on a page, could you send us the URL of that page?

    I just checked it, it only happens when I am logged in as admin.

    tried clearing cache on my browser, keeps doing it.

    But I guess if it only does it when logged in as admin, I can deal with it.

    Thank you for letting us know. If it only happens when logged in as an admin. It is hard for us to find issue and its solutions.
