Issue with the creating a main shop display page

    Good morning,

    I am having some issues with the Shopgrove theme on a site I manage for a friend. All the pages for woocommerce look great, except for the main store page. When I edit it, save it, and preview it, no problem, it looks great. But, if I click the link on the home page to go to the shop nothing shows except for the product listing. No header, navigation, footer, etc.

    I have deleted the page and recreated it several times and still the same issue. I have upgraded the theme, cleared cache on the site, cleared revisions and cleaned my database. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out. I understand the issue you are experiencing with the Shopgrove theme. Verify that the page is using the correct template. In the WordPress editor, check the “Page Attributes” section and try selecting a different template (such as “Default” or “Full Width”) Let us know if you need further assistance ([email protected]).

    Thank you for the quick reply. Ok, when I change the template from “Page” to “Product Catalog” I get the following error…

    Updating failed. Invalid parameter(s): template

    Then I switched it to “Full Width” and added added the product catalog. When previewing, it shows the products but no header or footer even though they are showing on the page during editing.
