issue with the language

  • so I work with a friend on a website , and I took copy of our work and when I upload website and database , after I open it on my browser , the letters changed to ???
    note: I’m using arabic language on the website and utf8 .

    is there any help for that?

    If you enter something in a different language that uses UTF-8 to display, such as Arabic and you get nothing but ????? then you’re not UTF-8 compliant.

    It seems something in your environment is NOT handling utf-8.

    Have you tried different browsers?

    Have you discussed the issue with your hosting provider?

    yes I do , when I try chrome it doesn’t even open :/

    I’m working on localhost server “MAMP”
