Issue with the menu

Hi,

I have issue with the website. Before it was working fine but now i get error. The issue is, when i clicked on any menu item it shows the same page which was loaded at the beginning usually the home page. I used cache plugin ie w3Total cache before. But I thought the issue was becoz of that and deactivated it. But issue still exist. When clicked on ctrl + shift + r then the page loads.
