Issue with the new version

I just updated to the new MetaSlider and it messes my layout

Yesterday with the previous version of MS it was like this

>slider <<<<< here is MS
>welcome1
>welcome2

NOW is
#wrap
>head
>slider <<<<< here is MS
>>welcome1
>>welcome2

If i use another slider plugin, or widget everything works ok

This new version of MS is nesting elements on my site. What where the changes from the previous version to this one???
