You have web hosting caching active.

Don’t cache pages Login, Register, Password Reset.
Don’t cache pages Account and User (a profile page).

I just registered on your site with the username umdev. I didn’t encounter the issue that you showed in the video. Are you trying to register while logged in? Do you have any customizations with UM hooks?

I think that I found the issue,
When the user is already registered, this is the message that appears:
“The email you entered is incorrect”.

it’s doesn’t clear to the user.
I just changed this message to:
“The email you entered is incorrect or already exists”.

Use the “Say what?” Plugin for changing some text strings.

Set the “Text domain” field to ultimate-member
