issue with the updating, Help!!!

  • Thanks for that amazing and direct support iThemes! Problem solved. Now that is what I call fantastic support! It was just a server hiccup because I deactivated it and something got screwy. I removed it completely and reinstalled and now it is fine.

    I upgraded to 4.4.16 and now I think everything is ok.

    Thanks sir, You mean, We will remove the current version that we installed, and then reinstall the plugin version 4.4.16 again !!!

    You just need to change the 2 files in the specific folder as detailed above.
