• Hi,

I’ve got an issue on multiple sites using different themes whereby most of the letters are missing and the headings. When I install TinyMCE Advanced plugin this kind of fixes the issue with the text it’s just the headings that are invisible. This only affects visual mode not text.

I assume it’s an issue with Chrome and Javascript had a look but can’t see anything about this and wondered if anyone else had the same issue or if there was a fix?

    Thanks,

    Jim Isles

First, please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting https://whatbrowser.org/

If it is not, please try updating your browser.

If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions temporarily disabled.

Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which version of Chrome you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Just to give an update on this it looks like it happens when I open Photoshop on my PC for some reason this is what is messing up TinyMCE not got a clue why though will have to do more investigation but at least I’ve narrowed down the cause.

Very interesting! I guess my recommendation at this point would be to not have Photoshop open while you use WordPress.
