    Hi, we installex pixel and your plugin on the Woocommerce web to connect FB pixel with web.

    However, everything works fine, except addCart product detection. I add product A, but in MetaPixelHelper see product B.

    Do you know how to solve this issue please?

    Based on your description, I understand that the Facebook when you add a product (Product A) to the cart, you see it registering as a different product (Product B). This could be due to a number of reasons, so let’s try to troubleshoot this step by step.

    Firstly, can you please confirm if the issue persists with all products or just specific ones? If it’s just specific products, there could be a problem with how those products are set up in your WooCommerce store. Make sure all product details, including their SKU, are correctly entered.

    Also, ensure that your plugins are up-to-date.

    Lastly, I’d suggest navigating to WooCommerceStatusTools, and doing the following to see if this makes any difference:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear

    Next, please clear your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue.

    If you’ve checked all these and the issue still persists, kindly provide us with more details, such as the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    I have done it already before. Issue persists to all products absolutely.

    I have installed other plugin and it works.
