Issue with translate blocks in Ninja Forms

I have some text in an html block in Ninja Forms that I must translate, and it has bolding in it. Things work fine if this text is on the page – I’m able to select the whole block. But when the same text is displayed within the html field of Ninja Forms, I can’t select the whole block. The code I’m using to try to force this is:
<div class=”translation-block !important”>If you are a food vendor, you MUST provide a copy of your insurance for this event. It must clearly show the <b>City of Greater Sudbury</b> as a second insured on your policy for the duration of this event (date/time/location must be included). You must email this to <b>[email protected]</b> as soon as possible.</div>
