issue with translated attributes filter

  • Hi, I installed the ajax product filter on our staging website to test it before purchasing. Website is in french with EN version by WPML. Unfortunately we have an issue filtering the EN version and no way to solve it : even with correct attributes in EN the filter does not match when filtering attributes (always EN). We looked for to solve it ourselves but really no way. Can you provide us help to check what is happening ? Thanks by advance. Regards.

    Hi there,

    let’s take in example this page, Shop filtered by color “Golden”.

    In English version I can see just one product, more products in the French version. Is this the issue you’re reporting?

    If yes, it does not seem relative our plugin, the standard WooCommerce layered navigation url retrieve just one product.

    Did you translate correctly all of your products?

    Hi @alessio91 thanks for feedback. This is exactly the point. I noticed the issue with the url but if you navigate inside the attribute tag https://staging2.esquipulas.fr/en/couleur/golden/ you can see that all products appears (and tag structure is not the same that the one you mention).

    Can be – by the way – a translation (means WPML) issue but on their side they will say me that all is ok due to the correct answer of the translated tag attribute url.

    Any idea ?

    Hi there,

    the displaying of products inside the attribute tag is out of our scope, since our plugin is in charge of filtering products on an archive page.
    Once inside the attribute page, WooCommerce will take care of printing the products, therefore, it seems that WooCommerce is not detecting those products in only one language.

    We kindly suggest to contact them in order to solve this issue.
