    Hello Support,

    I have two Appointments types enabled with Google Calendar sync. Both Appointments types have the same available set. The issue is when a customer books an appointment with Appointment Type 1 lets say for 10AM. That time slot is still available to be selected on Type 2. This use to work. Also I just created a manual invite in my calendar to block time and its not replicating to the booking system either, did Google change something with the sync?

    Any troubleshooting steps will be greatly appreciated.

    So update there was an pending update to the plugin which I just took and it resolved the issue where if I manually create a calendar block time it replicates just fine and the time is no longer available for both types. However the issue still exist where if a booking is made with the first Type 1 appointment, time is still clickable for Type 2.

    Hello @itspaul! We’re sorry to hear you’re running into that issue. ?? So to confirm, are the two appointment types the only ones active on your booking calendar/site, or are there more involved? And to double-check, when one appointment type is booked, the other is meant to be blocked out, correct?

    If these are the only appointment types, and they rely on each other for availability, we recommend you?turn off Independent Availability?for appointment types so that there won’t be any double-bookings. By default, when someone books a time slot for an Appointment Type, all your other Appointment Types block off that same time slot to prevent double bookings from occurring. But, when this setting is turned on, it allows double bookings between the different calendars.

    Bingo that did the trick. I had “Give appointment types independent availability” enabled for some reason. Thank you so much all is well now.
