Issue with Ultimate Pro Video Gallery Height

Hi,

We just purchased your Ultimate Pro Video Gallery Plugin for WordPress. We’re having issues with the video player. It shows up flattened. No matter what we do to adjust the height of the player, nothing works. Can you tell us what’s going wrong?

We’ve tried 10 different video player plugins and they are all horrible. We’ve spent hours online trying to find a player and now we’ve resorted to purchasing yours. We really need to get this player working properly by late tonight. We will be having a lot of traffic to our site tomorrow morning.
