• Hi, I’m very new to wordpress. Have been building my site the last 2 weeks without problem however as of this afternoon – when I try to preview changes I receive this error code from Bluehost:
“404 Error File Not Found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.”

I just got off phone from bluehost after 50 minutes of person trying to resolve issues and he exhausted all possible options from his end and said it must be an issue with underlying coding of this WP install.
If anyone has any other suggestions I would be SUPER SUPER appreciative. I can say the pages in my dashboard/backend – just not live (apart from home page).

THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance

    1. In your admin go to Settings -> Permalinks and click “Save Changes”
    2. Post your .htaccess file.

Thanks acchiappaprezzo – that’s the first thing the bluehost support person got me to do but it didn’t work. I just tried it again and nope, no resolve ??
