Can you share the actual shortcode you’re using with me?

Nevermind; I see you’ve included those on the test page!

The shortcodes don’t declare that they’re using a custom type; add the type attribute with a value of ‘custom’:

    [my_calendar_upcoming from='2021-11-01' to='2022-06-30' category='7' type='custom']

The default type is ‘event’, so it won’t show your custom date range unless that’s declared.

Appreciate the response Joe – updated it and now I only get a single result ??

Any other info I can provide to assist?

Only other thing I can come up with where I deviated from standard install was I changed the page I am pointing the main calendar at, which is ‘district-calendar’ and I made sure to update permalinks after.

    Thanks

The target page doesn’t matter, as long as the main calendar page setting is configured correctly at Settings > General. Even then, it wouldn’t impact whether the list showed the right information.

Interestingly, that’s not the same result I’m getting. That said, I’m currently testing with My Calendar 3.3.0, so it may be a bug that I’ve already fixed; I’ll test with 3.2.17, as well.

Nope, this is working for me in 3.2.17, too. That said, it could be something specific about your events – I just created a couple of recurring events to test with, and those are working. I’m assuming you’ve created a handful of individual events?

For ‘TLE’ event I created the (1) event using the ‘Add another occurrence’ button to create, and it looks like it created multiple individual events for me? Not sure how the logic works in the code for that feature (which is REALLY nice BTW ?? ).

For the ‘Growth meeting’ I created (2) different recurring events. I couldn’t figure out how to make a single recurring event cover both 1st and 3rd monday of every month yet.

    Thanks

The logic for adding additional occurrences is literally “create another event where all the data is the same except the date & time”

My Calendar doesn’t currently support recurring a recurring set up that has more than one simultaneous pattern; you can combine the additional occurrences with the recurring options, however, so that you would create two events with the same pattern but based on different dates.

Still looking into this; I haven’t managed to replicate it yet, so I’m not sure what’s different.

Appreciate the confirmation of the workflow Joe – I am going to grab the PRO version regardless, but would love to solve this at some point. Do you want to take a look at the live environment over a zoom at some point?

    Thanks

That could be useful, definitely. If you can go through the contact form on my website to coordinate that, that would be appreciated.
