Issue with Updating my Page

    Hi, I am using Generatepress + Elementor v1.9.4 + Yoast SEO (Free version).

    I am always encountering issues when I click on updating my page whereby it will throwback an error “Oops! That page can’t be found.” via https://www.sgtreknepal.com/wp-admin/post.php.

    Because of that issue, I am not able to update anything via the “Edit” function.

    Hi @leohsiang,

    Thanks for the tips.
    1) I tried disabling all non-GP plugins but updating still failed.
    2) Went into FTP to view my error log as per below:

    Hi there,

    Those are core WordPress functions – if they’re undefined, you may have a corrupted WP install.

    Try re-installing WordPress by going to “Dashboard > Updates” – there should be a “Re-install now” button.

    Hello Sir, firstly from Singapore, wishing you a Happy Lunar New Year.

    I have tried re-installing the WordPress as per your instruction but when I went back to try to update the page it still throws back the same error.

    Hi there,

    Thanks! You too!

    You may want to contact your hosting – they can confirm whether or not those files exist. If they do, there might be a permissions issue on the server itself that needs fixing.
