Issue with updraft clone

    Hi,
    I bought some tokens to make clones with my site.
    The first clone (a few months ago) was OK, … but this morning I launched a second cloning, and the process is stucked since hours at the first stage : the status is still “Waiting to receive site data” !

    Whatsoever, UpdraftPlus took me a token to start the process … for no result !

    What should I do ? Someone could help me please?
