    Dear Presto Player Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with the Presto Player plugin on my website, designed using the GeneratePress theme. My website URL is https://www.personaldrivers.com/.

    I have embedded a video on the main page of my website using the shortcode provided by Presto Player. However, I am encountering a problem where the video occasionally auto-plays upon page load, even though I have explicitly disabled the autoplay feature for this video.

    This behavior is inconsistent, as it does not happen every time the page is loaded, but it occurs frequently enough to be a concern. I have double-checked the video settings to ensure that autoplay is indeed disabled, yet the issue persists.

    Could you please provide guidance on how I can resolve this issue? If there are any specific settings or adjustments I need to make within the Presto Player plugin or my theme to prevent this unintended autoplay behavior, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
