• Hi there,

I have a Stellar Places map on my website with a number of locations that have been added. On the backend, each of the these locations have content in the textbox, yet on the front end of the location, no content is visible.

I need users to be able to click a location on the map and have it go to a page with more information, not a blank page!

    Can anyone help me out?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@mbasmajian I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. Can you run a quick test?

    Here are the steps:

    • Open up the theme Customizer in the admin (located under Appearance > Customize)
    • Where it says “Active Theme”, which I think should be Uncode, click the Change button.
    • Select the Live Preview option for the default TwentyTwenty WordPress theme.
    • Within the Customizer, navigate to an individual event page and see if the content is showing.

The steps above will let you test if the issue is related to your theme without actually changing what your site visitors see. If the content does show, we know the issue is related to the theme. If not, then I’d recommend giving the Plugin Detective plugin a try to see if any of your plugins are causing an issue.

If you do find that there is a theme or plugin conflict, just post that info here so I’ll know how to replicate the issue. If you don’t find any conflicts, let me know that as well and we’ll go from there.

    Thanks for using Stellar Places!
