    Issue with Visualizer Library:

    Here we fetch data from excel and want to show that to a particular user. However, when permission is given to that user, it is not saving the user. We cleared caches but no help.

    Please help, as the client is getting upset. Really need this sorted asap.

    @nthabh001 sorry to hear you are having a problem with the plugin. Could you please explain what you mean by the below?

    We are creating sales graphs and giving permission to the client to see their individual graphs.
    Chart Settings- “Who can see this chart?”.

    Then assign to a user, by clicking on Save.

    Please let me know if you need more information.

    @nthabh001 It seems that you are using the pro version. A a pro user you can raise a ticket here where your concerns will be addressed much faster. Can you please link to this issue when you create a ticket there? Please close this thread once you have done that.
