    Hi there,

Your plugin blocks access to my website to some users using a VPN.
Indeed, when I deactivate your plugin, the site is accessible.
I have reduced the security rules but the site is still inaccessible.
Do you know which parameter I have to modify to make the website accessible with your plugin?

Thank you very much for your support,
    Best regards,
    Aude

Hi, do you have the following feature active
Disallow Unauthorized REST Requests:? This is located under Miscellaneous -> WP REST API.

    Thank you

Okay, lets try the following. Disable all Firewall rules. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

I disable all Firewall rules except basic firewall protection (first settings).
    It is not working.

For security reasons, I did not want to disable all settings. Is it risky if I deactivate everything?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Your plugin blocks access to my website to some users using a VPN.

So the above means that some are still able to access your site? Do you know who is not able to access your site? And do you have an idea of what is the difference between those who can and those who can’t access your site?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Yes I have access to the website because I don’t use VPN.
it is only the Internet users who use a VPN who cannot access the site.
That’s why I would like to know if there is a particular setting on your plugin to allow access to the website via VPN.

    Thank you in advance,
    Aude

Okay, lets try this. Make sure all features available under Filesystem Security are disabled.

Let me know if the above helps.

    Thank you

In the tab “file authorization” everything is green.
So I have to disable the options: PHP file editing and PHP file access?

    Thank you

    Yes that is correct.
