    Hi,
When i add an image (jpg) as watermark it is not being displayed. Neither in preview or on any of the full scale images in the Nextgen gallery.
I also tried the Bulk-function on the gallery page to add water mark, but it′s not visible.
The watermark with text works however.
I switched off all other plugins except Nextgen Gallery (Version 2.1.46) and Nextgen Gallery Pro (Version 2.3.45 | By Photocrati Media).

@gylleus – Watermarks are not related to NextGEN Pro …

… what is the exact path to your watermark image you are using; and, what specifically are you seeing under Gallery > Overview for your Server Settings?

    Thanks!

One step in the right direction…
When using a relative path to the image, the watermark is displayed in the preview.
However, I can’t get it working for the images in a gallery.

@gylleus – I would suggest having this server environment variable … PHP Allow URL fopen : Off … toggled to On by your web hosting service … also, are you expecting existing displays to change to the watermarked images are are you inserting new displays of watermarked images and they are not using the watermark?

    Thanks!

    Solved!
I did’nd try your suggestion of changing the env. variable, but when I removed the first part of the path and used:
/uploads/2016/07/watermark.png it worked both on Preview and on the gallery.

    Thanks!
