Issue with Welcome Email

  • Hello

    One of my clients is having some issues on their site using Memberpress “Welcome Email”. On purchase, all the emails are being delivered except the “Welcome Email” to the members. To give you more context:

    • SMTP is setup
    • From and To emails are different.

    Any idea on this would be greatly appreciated.
