Thanks for your reply. The plugin is the official Woo Wholesale For WooCommerce plugin. (https://woocommerce.com/products/wholesale-for-woocommerce/)

When I go to the support page, under submit a request, I select Technical Support, however under Product ‘Wholesale’ is not an option.

The option to get support for it only shows if you are logged in on the account you purchased the plugin with.

Were you logged in when you tried?

If so, are you able to see the plugin if you go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/?
