Issue with woo commerce and p tags being removed or added

Hi,
I am using both Shortcodes Ultimate and Woo Commerce together in a site. When I create a page that has both short codes in it the p tags are removed from the page content.
I am also getting p tags added to signup form code in a text widget in the sidebar when Shortcodes Ultimate is activated.

Any help would be great
