    Hello,

When I navigate to Analytics → Overview, the charts for Net Sales and Orders are displayed correctly. However, when I scroll down to view Top Categories – Items Sold and Top Products – Items Sold, I encounter the following error:

“There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.”

Clicking the reload button doesn’t make any difference.

I have also tried using the Import Historical Data option in the Analytics settings and cleared the analytics cache via WooCommerce → Status → Tools, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.

I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.

For better understanding, you can view a screenshot of the error at the following link:

    Hello root ~#,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

I understand you are facing an issue with WooCommerce Analytics.
As this problem can be caused by various issues let’s try to further diagnose the problem.

To start, it would be very helpful if you could provide the following:

    1. System Status Report:
Navigate to WooCommerce > Status. There, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. You can paste the report in your response here.
    2. Error Log:
Share a copy of the fatal error log. You can find this under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.

With this information, I will be better able to investigate and understand what might be causing this issue on your site.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello Zubair Zahid,

Thank you for your prompt response.

I have downloaded the System Status Report. Here is the link for your reference: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sYQy0rYfwXlcOgOdjDF2XnHHM20oU1li/view.

Regarding the fatal error log, the errors were from last month, but I have downloaded that as well. You can find it here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JAyO5gIBOLUuzBuRl_SkWnYEAntoq87k/view.

Looking forward to your further instructions.

    Best regards,

    Hi @amirabbasjadidi

    Thanks for sharing further details.

Can you please upgrade your PHP to 8.1.29 and also increase PHP Post Max Size from 512 MB to 2 GB and PHP Time Limit from 120 to 1200? Once done, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

Next, please clear your browser and site cache and then check again.

If this makes no difference, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue.

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!
