    Hi I am having an issue with the Commbank Simplify plugin. Customers try to pay via card but are not able to for some reason. Would it be a url change that it isn’t working?

    Even though we didn’t make any tests with Commbank Simplify plugin, and nor encountered any of our customers using it, I’ll do my best to assist you with this.

    What I would recommend for starters are a few simple troubleshooting steps to narrow down the cause

    1. Check in the Commbank Simplify plugin for any messages or errors that could mention a path
    2. Try recreating the issue and look in the console at the source code for any errors
    3. Disable HMWP Ghost plugin and see if the issue is occurring anymore
      • If the issue is still occurring, disable all other plugins one by one until you find which plugin is doing this
      • If the issue is not occurring, please reach back to us, with eventually some additional information from step 1 or 2 to see from where exactly this is coming from

    No worries, we’ll help you get this sorted out should the situation is caused by HMWP Ghost.
