• Hi,
I’ve just began to use the new Editor for wordpress with theme Twenty Twenty Two. Since this theme has a “Home” template, it should be used as the Homepage. I had modified the Home template in the way I need my homepage, but I can see it correctly only when logged in as administrator.
When I load the website from any other place, I always see it as the standard “Hello world!” page with the bird. What have I to do?

    Thanks,
    Luca

    Are changes saved and published?

In the new editor I can see only the “Save” button. Where should it be the publish button?

The bird is on the header in the template parts. Try going to template parts and selecting the bird then you can remove it or replace it. Remember to update after you have finished your edit.

Thank you for your answers. Actually it has worked but with a one day delay. So that I have done the modification yesterday and today they are applied also for users (not only for admins).

Also, The Home Page and front page are not necessarily the same thing. Try creating a front-page.html instead of a home.html file. You can just create it in the editor without creating the front-page.html it will not create a physical file. You can also go to Settings->Reading and set the home page.

I am having this same issue too.

I have no idea how to fix it.
