Issue with WordPress mobile view – Top menu bar breaks for logged in users

Hi! I have a site built with WordPress 4.9.6. The site works fine and all plugins and themes are up to date. I have noticed an issue with the mobile view of this site after a user has logged in. The top bar which contains the users gravatar image, logout links and new post (+) links drops down by a row (breaks) when a user logs in. It works fine though when the user is logged out.

I have checked this by changing several themes and it still has the same issue, which pushes me to infer that this could be a bug with the current version of WordPress. I am not sure though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please login to the site using and check it in mobile view. The desktop view works fine.
