Issue with WP FORM Lite: Only Working on Firefox

    Hello WordPress community,I’m currently experiencing a specific issue with the WP FORM Lite plugin that I use for the forms on my site.To detail my concern:

    • When I format my form with simple lines, everything seems to work correctly on all browsers.However, as soon as I incorporate paragraphs into the form:
      • On Internet Explorer: When I try to submit the form, nothing happens.On Chrome: An error message appears telling me to “contact an administrator”.On Mozilla Firefox: Everything works perfectly.

    I’ve tried finding a solution on my own but to no avail. If anyone has encountered this problem or has any suggestions, I’m all ears.Thank you in advance for your help and time.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The link https://urlz.fr/nHfI opened the form on https://eitriandbrokkr.com/demande-de-collaboration. And I was able to submit the form – screenshot.

    When you get a chance, please share screenshots of the issue from Google Chrome and Firefox. That way, we can provide further assistance.

    About Internet Explorer, please note since WordPress 5.8 this browser is no longer supported, as you can see here. I recommend trying the Microsoft Edge browser instead.

    I appreciate your prompt response regarding the issue I encountered with your plugin.

    I wanted to inform you that the form is now working as I removed the “paragraph” type lines. I have also made some adjustments so you can conduct a test on your end.

    Regarding the URL I shared, I’d like to clarify that I shortened this URL not without a reason, but to mask my URL from search engine optimization. Could you please consider this in your future communications?

    Additionally, to avoid any confusion, when I mention “Internet Explorer”, I’m actually referring to Microsoft Edge and not the old browser.

    I’m sorry for having shared the link in my previous message.

    Looking at your form, there is a Paragraph field on it, and I was able to submit the form. For your reference, I created the following screencast: https://a.supportally.com/v/aOj3Es.

    When you get a chance, could you please record a video showing the issue? And please let me know the language that you selected in the dropdown field to translate the site. That way, I can try to reproduce the issue for further investigation.
